Welcome to Tapclub! These Terms & Conditions govern your use and purchase of the Tapclub NFC-based Digital Business Card and associated services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Product Description

Tapclub offers personalized NFC-enabled digital business cards that allow seamless contact sharing via tap or QR code. Each product includes:

• A physical NFC card (customer’s property after purchase)
• A hosted digital profile/dashboard
• Setup and basic design integration (if applicable)

2. Money-Back Guarantee

• Tapclub offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all digital profile services.
• Please Note: The NFC card itself is non-refundable, as it becomes the customer’s property once shipped and personalized.
• To initiate a refund request, customers must contact us within 30 days of the purchase date.

3. Shipping Policy

• Free Shipping is included in all purchases that include a digital profile.
• If a customer purchases only an NFC product (without a digital profile), it is also eligible for free shipping.
• Tapclub ships across India via standard delivery partners. Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days.

4. Ownership and Usage

• The NFC card is owned by the customer upon delivery.
• Tapclub retains the right to suspend or terminate digital services if any misuse, illegal content, or violation of terms is detected.
• Digital profiles are hosted by Tapclub and may be subject to design or feature updates from time to time.

5. Customization & Accuracy

• Tapclub allows limited customization of your card and digital profile.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal, business, and contact details.
• Tapclub is not liable for errors due to incorrect data shared by the customer.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Tapclub is not liable for any third-party misuse or unauthorized access due to the public sharing of NFC or QR data.
• Tapclub does not guarantee compatibility with all mobile devices. Most modern NFC-enabled smartphones are supported.

7. Privacy & Data

• Customer data is handled securely and is only used for profile creation and support communication.
• We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.

8. Amendments

Tapclub reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the product and service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
