Thank you for choosing Tapclub – Smart Business Solution. Please review our cancellation policy before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation (Before Processing)
- Orders for Tapclub NFC products can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, only if the production or customization process has not yet begun.
- To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at contact@tapclub.co with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
- If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
2. Cancellation Not Allowed After Processing
- Once your order has been processed or customized, it cannot be cancelled.
- This includes:
- Design or printing of the NFC card.
- Activation or setup of your digital profile.
- Any shipping initiated for physical delivery.
- Orders cancelled after this stage will not be eligible for any refund.
3. Digital Profile Subscription Only
- If you have purchased only the digital profile service (without an NFC card), you may cancel the service within 30 days, and request a full refund under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
