At Tapclub, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Physical Products (NFC Card) – Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable
- All Tapclub NFC cards are custom-made and personalized, and therefore cannot be returned or refunded once shipped.
- Upon delivery, the NFC card becomes the property of the customer, and we do not accept returns under any circumstances (including change of mind or incorrect information provided by the customer).
- Damaged or defective items due to transit will be replaced if reported within 3 days of delivery with unboxing proof.
2. Digital Profile Services – 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
- Our digital business profile service is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
- If you are not satisfied with your digital profile or service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- To be eligible, you must:
- Have an active digital profile setup by Tapclub.
- Submit a refund request via email to contact@tapclub.co within the 30-day window.
- Upon approval, your digital profile will be deactivated, and a full refund will be processed within 7 working days.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping is free for all orders, whether for digital profile + NFC card bundle or for NFC card-only purchases.
- No separate return shipping is applicable since physical products are non-returnable.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (for digital profile service only), please email us with the subject line:
“Refund Request – [Your Order Number]”

5. Exceptions
- Refunds are not applicable for physical cards, once shipped.
